Contracted by Pettinaro, CDA Engineering provides Civil Engineering, Land Planning and Surveying services for the design and construction of the redevelopment of Barley Mill Plaza, which includes Delaware’s very first Wegmans, over 160,000 SF of Office Space, 148,000 SF of Retail Space, 33 Townhouses, and 80 Apartments.
