CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

 

As required by the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) Sediment and Stormwater Program all projects within the State of Delware must have an approved Erosion and Sediment Control Plan and Stormwater Managment Plan. A DNREC Certified Construction Reviewer (CCR) and supervising Professinal Engineer (PE) is required to provide inspection duties and oversight on all erosion and sediment controls and stormwater managment facilites constructed throughout the duration of the project. In addition, DNREC requires that the owner provide certified as-builts of all stormwater managment facilities.

CDA provides full service CCR and As-built Services. We have 4 CCRs and 3 supervising PEs on staff and are willing and able to assist on any upcoming projects. CDA also manages and oversees full construction observation and testing services as well as construction stakeout and layout.
