CDA was contracted by Food Lion thru their architects in VA and FL to provide survey and engineering services for a major push to open stores throughout the northern Delaware, Philadelphia, Allentown, and Pittsburg PA areas. CDA provided design drawings and construction services for fifteen (15) stores all delivered on a fast-track schedule to meet the client’s yearly expansion goals. CDA was routinely called into construction to resolve contractor issues and act as local liaison for the Architects and MEP Engineers. CDA provided regulatory and permitting support with local Township and City Engineers, Planning & Zoning, and Building Departments.
