The industrial site is situated on two separate parcels. CDA has provided civil engineering and construction services for Claymont EVRAZ Steel on their 115 acre Steel Foundry and Mill facility located in Claymont Delaware. CDA has managed multiple building and site construction projects, including new Rail Scale, new Coal Storage and Shred locations, new Scrap Handling Facility with rail and road access, new Bridge spanning Naaman’s Creek, Bag House Facility, Employee Lockers and Shower Facilities, New Parking and Entrance Design, Traffic Analysis for Philadelphia Pike, Sound Barrier Walls, Retaining Walls, Flood Studies, Sediment & Stormwater Permitting, and management of multiple sub-consultants. Projects completed and in construction include $5M in new construction.
