PHASE 1

To maximize development yield, CDA proposed a condominium style Townhouse Development with private streets; this style development avoided the rights-of-way and setbacks associated with traditional fee simple lot development. The project includes associated site improvements, as well as offsite utility routing and Stormwater Management GTBMPs (Bio-Retention, Filter Strips, & Wet Pond).

PHASE 2

A 113 unit Condominium Townhouse Development is the 2nd phase of the overall Hudson Village development. This adjacent subdivision extends the street system and associated site improvements and Stormwater Management GTBMPs (Bio-Retention, Filter Strips, & Bio-Filtration Swale).
