What was once a booming place of industry dating back to the 1930s, The River House Apartments are located on the Christina River near the heart of the business district in Wilmington, DE. This 150 Unit, 6 Story Residential building is located within walking distance to the Wilmington Train Station.

Washington Place Equities contracted with CDA for land planning, site feasibility, civil engineering, stormwater management, and City of Wilmington Zoning Code to conceptualize the extents of what could be built in this location. After surveying the property, determining wetlands impacts, and initiating the design process. CDA worked closely with Alexander Design Studio through the various iterations of the project to develop the finished building seen above.
