SUNNYSIDE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Construction of a new 55,000 square foot Sunnyside Elementary School on an 18-acre site with a 335,000 square foot Regional Stormwater Management Wet Pond serving multiple parcels and alleviating major downstream flooding issues. This project required close coordination with DelDOT, Kent County Conservation District, DNREC, and multiple consultants and owners for adjacent projects.
