The project is located at the intersection of Rt. 273 and Marrows Road. The overall property encompasses 2.0+/- acres. This parcel has been previously used for restaurant service and remains mostly impervious, consisting of impervious roof areas and paved asphalt parking and drive areas. The existing structure will be demolished and a 5,589 square foot gas station is being proposed, centered on the parcel. The parking lot will be reconfigured inside of the existing pavement limits and gas pumps will be installed.
