Winner Audi located at 1300 N Union Street in Wilmington Delaware 19806 contracted CDA Engineering to provide CIvil/Site Design for their new Service Center. In coordination with Gardner Fox (Architects), CDA Engineering prepared Site Permit Drawings for construction. Interestingly, a portion of the cars parked in the picture above are located in a portion of the now vacated West 13th Street.
