Project includes three-phase 35,000 square foot building expansion, new 5,000 square foot Pool House, new outdoor children's recreation pool, new 10-lap competitive swimming pool, new parking and green technology stormwater management practices (bio-retention area, filter strips, bio-filtration swales).
